Usability Testing and research were conducted to ensure ease of use and validate new design patterns.
Information
Users were recruited from a variety of departments, computer skill sets and CMS knowledge within CareTech. Each participant’s testing session lasted approximately 45min, in which they tested two different interfaces. During the testing session, each user was asked to perform a series of tasks and to follow a “think out load” protocol.
